Currently under construction, Queens Court is a 12-story affordable apartment building developed by Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing. With 2-stories of below grade parking, the project will provide 249 apartments as well as amenity spaces for resident targeted events. The project has been designed to achieved Earthcraft Gold certification.
KCM provided services from initial conceptual budgeting/planning to project move-in/close-out. An early phase of the project was started a year prior to construction to underground overhead utility lines. The project was successful in delivering permanent power early, and excellent coordination by the general contractor helped deliver the project over three months ahead of schedule.

KCM has provided value engineering, design and vendor coordination, from conception through construction completion.
