555 E Street SW is a large-scale, twelve story, multi-purpose new construction building located in Southwest DC. The project is comprised of a partnership between three developers: City Partners, Potomac Investment Properties and citizenM Hotels. City Partner and Potomac Investment Properties make-up two-thirds of the structure, which includes both market rate and senior affordable apartments. citizenM Hotels has developed the other third of the structure for their luxury European style hotel.
555 E Street SW: There are one hundred and ninety-four total apartments with fifty-eight of them dedicated to senior affordable living. Ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, the apartment complex also includes amenities such as an on-site gym, rooftop lounge area and rooftop pool with views of the Wharf and the waterfront. At the base of the apartment complex is available retail space which is pending fit-out.
citizenM Hotel: There are two hundred and fifty-two total hotel keys in this modern, European style, hotel. These rooms are efficient in size, however, they are full of technology with everything controlled from a local iPad. Additionally, they are meant for quiet and comfort with quiet chilled beam HVAC technology, black-out shades, and heavily insulated walls to ensure a restful experience. The hotel is not short on amenities with free wifi throughout, a pristine rooftop bar with unmatched views of the Capitol Building and a with unique millwork details.
